In-home pet sitting and dog sitting in Denver
Drop-in visits keep your dog or cat fed, watered, and company-kept at home while you travel or work long days. A 15-minute potty break or cat visit is $20, a 30-minute visit is $32, and a 60-minute visit with a walk is $52. Cissy makes every visit herself.
What’s included
What does an in-home pet sitting visit include?
Each drop-in includes a potty break, medication if needed, fresh water, meals on your schedule, and lots of love, not a two-minute check. The 60-minute visit adds a walk.
- Feeding exactly as written in your care plan
- Fresh water and a check on bowls and food supply
- A potty break, plus a leashed walk on 60-minute visits
- Medication given exactly as written in your care plan
- Play or quiet company, depending on your dog
- Doors, lights, and any alarm left exactly as agreed
One of our dogs required 15 different medications a day just to keep him going, and Cissy managed his care with precision, patience, and love.
Dog sitting
Is dog sitting the same as pet sitting?
Yes. Dog sitting is pet sitting for dogs: Cissy comes to your Denver home so your dog keeps their own bed, yard, and routine instead of going to a kennel. Choose drop-in visits from $20, or overnight dog sitting at $125 a night when your dog shouldn’t be alone at night.
Cats too
Do you offer cat sitting in Denver?
Yes. A 15-minute cat visit is $20: food, fresh water, a litter check, and company, so your cat stays home in their own space while you’re away.

Planning visits
How many visits a day does my dog need?
For dog sitting while you’re away overnight, most dogs need at least two to three visits a day, spaced so they’re never alone longer than they’re used to; for most adult dogs that means a break at least every 6 to 8 hours during the day. If that’s more than a few visits, an overnight stay is often simpler.
| Your dog | Typical plan | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Adult, used to workdays alone | 2–3 visits a day | Morning, midday, and evening breaks keep their usual rhythm. |
| Young or high-energy | 3 visits, one 60-minute | Energy needs somewhere to go, or it goes into the couch. |
| Doesn’t like nights alone | Overnight sitting | Someone in the home overnight, with the evening and morning routine kept. |
Your actual plan is agreed at the meet & greet, based on your dog and your trip.
