This policy explains what Keep Denver Wagging (“we”) collects through this website and when you arrange pet care, and how it’s used. Because caring for pets means being trusted with your home, we collect as little as we can.
What we collect on this website
- Meet & greet requests: your name, email, mobile number, ZIP code, optional neighborhood, your pet’s name, pet type and number of pets, the service you’re interested in, when you need care, and any notes you add.
- Messages: your name, email, your message, and whether you asked for news and updates.
- Campaign tags: if you arrived from an ad or campaign link, its tags (for example utm_source) are attached to your request.
We never ask for your street address, door codes, alarm codes, or keys through the website.
Home access information
Your address and access details (lockbox, door or alarm codes, keys) are shared in person or directly with Cissy after your meet & greet, used only to provide your care, and not shared with anyone else.
How we use it
- To reply, schedule your meet & greet, and provide care
- To contact you about visits and, if you ask, to contact your emergency contact or vet
- To send news and updates only if you opted in; you can opt out any time
We don’t sell your information or share it for others’ marketing.
Service providers
Website requests are delivered through a form-processing service that stores them on our behalf.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
Campaign tags are kept in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, so they can be attached to a request. No cookie is set for this.

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete information we hold about you using the contact details below.
Changes
If our practices change, this page and its date will be updated.
